Why I Joined The Mighty

My last two roles were contracting at big tech companies whose primary missions were revenue focused, sometimes at the expense of the consumer. The Mighty offered the opportunity to develop tech that indisputably helped its community, and made sure the community voice was heard. Working here feels like I'm not marginally moving metrics for executive bonuses, I'm improving the lives of the people who use the product.
